Employment Policy Development: Developing and reviewing employment handbooks, human resource forms, job descriptions, employment agreements, and other employment policies and documentation.
Responding to Administrative Charges: Responding to administrative charges and representing employers before the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Employment Development Department, and the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement.
